Our approach
  • Our trainers are experienced professionals with a long-term field experience. There is a rule „ who has got the skill, teaches.“ For example, sales skills are led by a trainer who has a solid sales experience. We build our services on practical experience with focus on applicability in a practical life. We continuously educate ourselves, follow new trends and mutually share our experience.
  • Trainers act in various roles during the schooling– moderator, trainer, facilitator, coach, consultant, motivator, changes iniciator, „willow“, provocateur, catalyst or positive evaluator.
  • We treat all participants as our customers.
  • We focus on changes of attitude and „unblocking“ of individuals which are basics for an effective learning.
  • We use modern techniques and methods built on trust, respecting of the participants, interactivity, involvement and approach from the perspective of a solution and emphasis on the future.
  • Our training programs are constantly inovated. Impulses toward changes come from the sources below:

    • Feedbacks from submitters
    • New trends in Czech Republic and abroad
    • Own experience
    • Internal exchange of experience
  • During each project, we aim to offer our clients tools, to ensure, that the newly acquired skills will not perish in a daily routine and will be used and become a common part of the work.
